Molotow™ Color Composer

The Molotow™ Color Composer
is our tool for understanding which colors go with what.

As an illustrative model, artists typically use
red, yellow and blue primaries arranged at
three equally spaced points around their color wheel.
In our color wheel, the "center of gravity" is black and white,
representing all colors of light being absorbed.
A typical artists' paint or pigment color wheel
includes the blue, red, and yellow primary colors.
The corresponding secondary colors are green, orange, and violet.
The tertiary colors are red–orange, red–violet,
yellow–orange, yellow–green, blue–violet and blue–green.

Our color wheel is based on three primary colors,
three secondary colors, and the six intermediates
formed by mixing a primary with a secondary,
known as tertiary colors, for a total of 12 main divisions;
some add more intermediates, for 24 named colors.
Other color wheels, however, are based on the four opponent colors,
and may have four or eight main colors.

Try it and find out how to mix colors yourself,
find out what is needed to mix specific shades.
Very useful if you work with the
ONE4ALL™ Inks and Markers!

Writers Corner Berlin review of Graff Wars

"Remember you have to what you previously learned"

Yes, now is again time to unpack the Star Wars items,
because who would have thought that Darth Vader is Luke's father
and that one day get a book from
the depths of the universe to us,
that the phenomenon of "Star Wars" takes.
In any case, had at
Graff Wars - Graffiti inspired by the Star Wars Universe,
neither the Dark Lord, even the good
George Lucas with his power in the game.

The call is vorausgesetzt this book already
and as the title says it all really well,
we save the many words of explanation.
Rather, there is first a list of those who Eisley
stuck are Mos and bulky book your
Star Wars afterburner have activated this in:
Pay2, Cope2, El Mac, Kosem, Moetrix, AenYou,
Soten, slider, Omsk167, Loomit, Score, Wane ,
Goal, Great, Bates, Mr. Flash, Thek, Fok,
3Steps, Smug, and of course Kacao77.
This list is just a small sample,
because this project was to enumerate all
the world and is beyond the frame,
as it did with the Death Star Alderaan once.

In addition to an incredible
amount of photos showing the development stages,
are plenty of succinct text and many quotes.
Certainly not a book of the dark side of power.
And what's been writing on the last page,
can be determined at any now .. think!

No-One two totally separate individuals coming together
to create music with true meaning & giving back is their slogan.
As they come upon the release of their 1st mix-tape
The Pre-Substance dropping November 17, 2009
and now with its NO DJ re-issue due out on April 20th.
The Pre-Substance is basically a gateway into the album
The Substance itself, dropping first quarter 2011.
This is not your typical mix-tape, consisting of
17 tracks recorded with the concepts of an album.

The Pre-Substance
is a Gateway into what their future music will represent.
With features and production from
Dae One, THX, Black Milk, J-Dilla, Oh-No, Willie Brown & JRK,
as well as artist like Balance, Taje, Chevy Jones,
Mitchy Slick, Kes, Geo Brown & Marleik.

When asked why these two decided to come together as
No-One and create The Pre-Substance they stated,
We wanted to make sure each track had substance,
Most of the music today does not have any real substance.
The music presented on The Pre-Substance
is an expression of how we feel,
we wanted to give the people something to talk about.
Therefore the mix tape is first,
We actually wanted to get the fans aware of what we can do.

This mix tape is not just a list of songs,
they further explains as they put
their blood, sweat, tears and inner most thoughts
into this mix tape While at the same time work on the album.

Weekend fun part 25; El Barto will never stop writing

El Barto is Bart Simpson's graffiti alter-ego,
and is one of the most infamous outlaws in Springfield.

El Barto's signature can be seen
in a number of different places around town,
especially on state buildings.
To this day, El Barto's true identity remains
a mystery to the vast majority of the people of Springfield.

However, Bart told Principal Skinner
that he was El Barto when Bart and Skinner
fell into a vat of Peanut Shrimp.
Homer also seems to know who El Barto is,
as he said "If Bart can be El Barto..."

How Homer found out isn't known,
but it's possible that Bart told him as well.
However, Homer did once say
that he suspected that Milhouse was El Barto,
even though at the time he was looking
at a graffiti tag that showed Bart as Zorro.

El Barto's noteriety extends even to Springfield Elementary School.
Principal Skinner once said that
"Bart is the second most wanted student after the mysterious El Barto."

WholeTrain (DVD out now)

The DVD of the critically acclaimed,
award-winning graffiti-feature film
"WHOLETRAIN" by FLORIAN GAAG and the ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
(feat. exclusive tracks by KRS-ONE, PLANET ASIA, AFU-RA and others)
are OUT NOW WORLDWIDE.
Listen to snippets from the soundtrack.

The DVD features SUBTITLES in 14 LANGUAGES:
English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian,
Turkish, Greek, Russian, Japanese, Korean,
Indonesian, Chinese (short and traditional) and German.

Watch the Trailer;

With his fantastic cinema debut
WHOLETRAIN Florian Gaag tells the story of
a crew of four "writers" - David, Tino, Elyas and Achim
- who observe the hierarchies, the values,
the rules and the codes of the graffiti scene.
Night after night they make off for the subway stations of the city,
intent on leaving opulent images behind.
But as another crew appears on the scene,
and the four feel challenged, a creative battle ensues,
one that will change the lives of these young people for ever.
We are confronted with life taken to the limit.
Constantly on the edge of legality.
Always on the run from the law.
Urban space must be reclaimed.
Friends are made and lost.
Unbridled creativity and doing things
for the sheer love of it are watchwords too.

WHOLETRAIN is an exciting and emotionally gripping drama,
one that explores for the first time
the secret universe of the graffiti scene.
The protagonists exist in a breathless state,
suspended somewhere between two worlds:
their day to day life, and their existence within the crew.
Florian Gaag manages to recount a tale colored by tension and aggression.
The result is a many-sided portrait of characters
whose world has never been documented in this way before.
Their subculture remains authentic and realistic.
Edgy editing and grandiloquent camerawork,
a pulsating soundtrack and an excellent ensemble of actors,
make WHOLETRAIN a film experience not to be missed.

Florian Gaag collaborated with
internationally renowned graffiti artists.
Writers such as NEON, WON, CEMNOZ, PURE and CIEL,
who were responsible for the artwork in the film.

-KRS-One of BDP;
"Florian Gaag has an excellent movie out.
I am really proud to be part of that project.
WHOLETRAIN is the dopest graffiti movie ever.
I would put WHOLETRAIN next to the great movies,
right up next to 'Style Wars'...
WHOLETRAIN really captured Hip Hop's culture."

-CHARLIE AHEARN (Wild Style)
"I saw WHOLETRAIN at S.O.B.'s in NYC.
It was a great experience watching it.
There was a tremendous amount of character development,
interesting dialogue and a lot of story in it.
It took real vision to make that world come alive like that.
WHOLETRAIN is an impressive piece of work.
It´s the only Graffiti-Movie
that can follow in the footsteps of Wild Style.

-HENRY CHALFANT (Subway Art, Style Wars)
"WHOLETRAIN exhibits the human dimensions of Graffiti-Writing.
The social conflict between the protagonists
is fascinating and allows one to take
a look at the writers´real lives,
their real characters, and real problems.
WHOLETRAIN is a great film that not
only reflects writing culture but also leaves room
to portray authentically the writers´ social reality."

-Ket (RIS crew)
"I loved the movie...
WHOLETRAIN represented the scene the best - ever.
It really captured what writers go through and their struggles;
they were humanized, they weren't caricatures.
I appreciate that.
I remember that it made me feel that
I was there with those guys, living with those guys.
It took me back to a time when
I was living the way those kids were living.
I thought it was very authentic in that sense."

-Fat Cap magazine
Only one word is needed to describe Whole Train;
AUTHENTIC!

Weekend fun part 24; “Family Guy: It’s A Trap!”

Feel the farce as “Family guy” skewers Star Wars™
with its third uncensored satire on Blu-Ray and DVD December 21

Return to the Griffins’
version of that galaxy far, far away
as their freakin’ sweet saga continues with
“Family Guy: It’s A Trap!”
– arriving exclusively on Blu-ray and DVD December 21 from
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
In the third installment of the hilarious Star Wars satire
– following 2005’s
“Family Guy: Blue Harvest”

and last year’s
“Family Guy: Something, Something, Something Dark Side“

– the Griffins reprise their intergalactic roles
in an outrageous retelling of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.

In this spectacular and offensively uproarious final chapter,
Luke Skywalker (Chris) and Princess Leia (Lois)
must travel to Tatooine to free Han Solo (Peter)
by infiltrating the wretched stronghold of Jabba the Hutt (Joe),
the galaxy’s most loathsome and dreadful gangster.
Once reunited, the Rebels team up with
a tribe of Ewoks to combat the Imperial forces
on the forest moon of Endor.
Meanwhile the Emperor (Carter Pewterschmidt)
and Darth Vader (Stewie) conspire to turn Luke to the dark side,
and young Skywalker is determined to rekindle
the spirit of the Jedi within his father.
The Galactic Civil War has never been more outrageous,
as the Rebel forces gather to attack
the seemingly defenseless and incomplete second Death Star
in the battle that will determine the fate of the galaxy.

Adding to the fun, “Family Guy: It’s A Trap!”
is loaded with hysterical cameo voice spots
– including Patrick Stewart and Michael Dorn
reprising their roles from
“Star Trek: The Next Generation,
” Adam West (“Batman”),
Carrie Fisher (Star Wars Trilogy)
and conservative talk radio juggernaut
Rush Limbaugh as the voice of the
large carnivorous reptomammal, the Rancor.

“The fan base for “Family Guy” and Star Wars,
both enthusiastic, have embraced the first two hilarious spoofs,”
said Mike Dunn, President, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
“Bringing the distinctive storylines together
for the trilogy of parodies has been enormously
successful and lends itself to create unique home entertainment releases.”

As an added bonus,
“Family Guy: It’s A Trap!”
will also be available in Blu-ray and DVD
triple-packs featuring all the “Family Guy” Star Wars spoofs,
the perfect gift for the holiday season.
